Description

How do you address harmful behavior in a way that keeps students connected and learning? In this workshop, we'll explore the basic ideas behind restorative practices and how they can be used school-wide to respond to harmful behavior without relying on punishment. You will leave with concrete techniques you and your students can use, such as restorative circles. This workshop will be full of role plays, brainstorms, group discussions, reflections, and action planning.
