We are seeking a dynamic and detailed oriented individual to join our Educator Licensure & Credentialing team.  This individual will be responsible for coordinating student registrations and function as a primary point of contact for our learning management system for candidates and instructors.  In addition, this person will prepare reports for internal use and for submission to state and federal entities. Attendance at some of our Saturday face-to-face class sessions will be required, where this person will function as a point of contact for technical support for instructors and advising support for candidates. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a close knit team. Experience working in a busy office environment and with clients is required, and working with adults and students in educational environments is a plus.

Technology Support Specialist
Provide technical support, both hardware and software, for teachers and administrative staff across the southeastern region of Massachusetts providing services to students with disabilities. Apple Computers expertise is a MUST; must be able to troubleshoot networks, systems, and software applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties on a mixed-platforms environment; establish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards. Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree or certificates in technical support field; APPLE CERTIFIED and familiar with both MAC hardware and software IS STRONGLY PREFERRED; at least 3 years of experience in providing technical support to a wide and diverse user base; and ability to work independently to triage and manage competing priorities.
