The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical software, hardware, and network problems presented through help desk tickets in a timely manner.  The Specialist will provide end user training and assistance where required, and provide support for installing, monitoring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all backend equipment while ensuring optimal network performance.  Position will be based out of Northampton and/or possibly central or eastern MA.

The Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) is seeking to hire a temporary Development Assistant to support the work of the Director of Development in developing new resources and sustaining the current resources that enable CES to fulfill its mission and make progress towards the agency's strategic goals and objectives. 

The Development Specialist supports day to day operations and implements project management of our growing portfolio of development work. Candidates who love to be organized and who desire meaningful work will thrive in a deadline-driven work environment while helping fulfill our mission of reaching and educating learners of all ages. 

This is a temporary position that will commence in October, with a 4-5 day week, 20 hour a week schedule for 12 weeks, with a possible extension of assignment through June 30, 2020.
