Welcome to Open Enrollment 2016 - 2017

This is your annual opportunity to review and change benefits. All open enrollment process details, as well as plan descriptions and costs can be found on the benefits pages below.

FY17 rate changes, due to agency or individual changes, will be effective July 1, 2016. ALL changes and elections must be done no later than May 27, 2016. Changes after this date will not be accepted.

Important Enrollment Information - Action Required!

  • Interested in an FSA this year? You must elect at this time to have one.
  • Interested in keeping your Vision coverage - or enrolling? You must elect at this time because we have changed carriers.
  • Our new Life and Disability carrier requires all employees to review their policy details - go to: https://bentegrity-online.com/CES. Failure to do so may result in loss of benefits or an erroneous distribution.

Very Important MANDATORY Open Enrollment Action! You must add beneficiary information to ensure that all CES-sponsored benefits are distributed to the correct person(s). Follow the directions on SYMETRA's Welcome page: http://www.bentegrity-online.com/CESPlease note - You will need to enroll every person who you wish to name as a beneficiary.

Now is the time to renew your BJ's membership or become a member at the CES rate.

            2% back - A $25 savings, plus 1 free bonus month (13 months total)
