Description

The Technology in Education Conference and Expo (TiE) is an annual event that provides opportunities for conversation, collaboration, and networking around the exciting work that educators locally, nationally, and worldwide are doing to create synergy between technology, teaching, and learning. The Conference includes presentations from educators and students demonstrating how they have effectively implemented technology to improve teaching and learning in their classroom or community.

The day includes a keynote address from Jacqueline Vickery, Ph.D.

The vendor expo provides a platform for attendees to learn about cutting-edge services and products designed to address challenges faced by educators and administrators. No matter your role in education, we anticipate that by attending the TiE conference, you will walk away with tools and ideas you can use to improve your work immediately. Credits

TiE2017 Conference attendees may earn 10 PDPs by attending all sessions of the conference (you must sign-in before the Keynote and sign-out at registration at the end of the conference to receive PDPs) and complete any required assignments.

Date and Location

January 19, 2017, at the Holyoke Community College Kittredge Center. Doors open at 7:45am, and the conference schedule runs from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Cost and Registration

Tickets are available for $119 for attendees from CES Member Districts, and $139 for Non-Member Districts.

If you are the Lead Presenter for a breakout session, CES employee, or vendor please select your ticket type when registering to receive the correct price.

Online registration closes two business days before the conference date.

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing (via email) to Sarah Molloy at smolloy@collaborative.org. If you have to cancel, we will issue a refund (minus a $25 processing fee) until December 14, 2016. After that date, no refunds will be given.
