Sofia Maluf, Ed.M, joined CES as the Assistant Director of Afterschool Programs in November 2025. Previous to this, Sofia was working as the Adolescent and Young Adult Program Coordinator at the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. Sofia began her career in outdoor education, and has worked in a variety of afterschool/OST programs and supplemental school day programs, including as the Director of Camps and Non-Competitive Programs at Central Rock Gym in Watertown and as a Site Coordinator/consultant at Playworks for various elementary schools in Boston. Sofia holds a Masters in Education from Boston University in Applied Human Development, with a specialization in Positive Youth Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from Middlebury College. Sofia is passionate about creating programs and systems that set youth and staff up for success and support resilience and thriving.
