Dana Kadish is a seasoned educational leader with more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education, admissions, teaching, staff development, and organizational capacity-building. She earned her M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Dana has held key leadership roles, including serving as Co-Head of School at The Common School in Amherst, MA, where she guided school operations, faculty management, fundraising, and community engagement. She brings particular expertise in independent school leadership and in advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and belonging (DEIJB) initiatives.
A strategic thinker and natural mentor, Dana supports leaders and educators in small independent schools, preschools, and childcare settings. She is skilled at developing high-quality curriculum, strengthening organizational culture, and helping school communities navigate the complexities of staff management, interpersonal dynamics, and sustainable growth.
