Campbell Hart

Campbell Hart joined CES as the Director of After School Programs in April of 2025. Prior to this, she worked with Girls Inc. of the Valley for three years, most recently as Senior Director of School Year Programs. Campbell began her career as a middle school social studies teacher in both Massachusetts and Oklahoma, experiences that deepened her understanding of the diverse approaches to education across the country. In addition to her classroom experience, Campbell has a strong passion for out-of-school learning, particularly outdoor education. She spent many years working with Becket Chimney Corners YMCA and later served as Director of Summer Programming at The Common School in Amherst, MA. Campbell is committed to youth-driven learning that is equitable, creative, and transformative. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Justice Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Bates College.
