This hands-on workshop invites early childhood educators to explore how to nurture justice, empathy, and action in young learners through a Change Maker Curriculum.
Together, we will define what it means to be a “Change Maker” for both children and adults, and identify the core skills—such as empathy, problem-solving, and agency—that empower children to make a difference.
Educators will learn how to seamlessly weave these concepts into their existing curriculum and design practical projects that guide children from simply noticing unfairness to taking meaningful action. By the end of the workshop, participants will be equipped with strategies and tools to help children understand that they, too, can be among the people who create a kinder, fairer world.
