This PLC is a space for educators to think together about what AI means for teaching and learning right now. We’ll explore real questions from our classrooms, share what we’re seeing and hearing from students and colleagues, and work to separate hype from genuinely helpful practices.
Each session will offer time to connect, experiment, and reflect. Whether you’re testing out AI tools, building policy, or just trying to make sense of the headlines, this is a space for collaborative inquiry—not one-size-fits-all answers.
Topics will be shaped by participant interest, and may include things like:
– What students need to know about AI (and how to teach it)
– Ethical questions and school policies
– Cool classroom uses—and what backfired
– How to stay curious without burning out
Facilitated by Casey Daigle, we’ll meet virtually for 7 sessions from October 2025 – May 2026. If you attend all 7 sessions, actively participate, complete a final project, and register for the PDP option, you can earn 10 content PDPs.
Come as you are. Bring questions, stories, and a willingness to think in good company.
