Providing Options for Quality Training and Support
We can bring training to you
We offer a range of customized or open enrollment professional development to meet your specific program needs. We offer on-site professional development, team and individualized coaching, and technical assistance that can be brought to early childhood centers and providers; early educators, paraprofessionals, and administrators in public school settings (preschool through third grade); and any professional who works with young children and their families (e.g. WIC, Early Intervention, DCF, etc), within the region and across the Commonwealth.
Our consultants are ready to work with you
We’ll help you implement early educator needs assessments to support your PD planning for a single session, a series of efforts, or an in-district PLC. We can then come on-site to bring PD that meets your specific needs, and follow up PD sessions with experiences offering reflection and support for integrating new strategies.
Recent PD topics delivered to schools, districts, and organizations included:
- Social-emotional wellbeing and development
- Enriching and diversifying curriculum
- Working with neurodiverse children
- Early literacy
- Challenging behaviors (including the FLIP IT approach)
- Age-appropriate social justice and equity for early learners
- Inclusive classrooms
We’re happy to discuss your needs!
