He has spent the last several years providing consultation, professional development, and assessment services for dozens of districts across Massachusetts. He received his doctorate from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology.
This series will explore practical, tiered strategies for supporting students who experience non-compliance, avoidance, emotional dysregulation, and difficulty managing challenging situations in general education settings. Participants will learn how to use data to identify classroom needs, select targeted SEL interventions, teach replacement behaviors, reduce oppositional behavior, and strengthen student engagement. The sessions will also examine how to use accommodations and supports to build skills and independence while avoiding unintentional dependence. Through an MTSS framework, educators will gain tools to align prevention, early intervention, and intensive supports across classrooms and student support teams.
This four-session online workshop is designed to provide flexible learning opportunities for educators. Register for one workshop in the series or all of them.
