Megan McGuirk, M.Ed. is an early childhood educator and special education leader with more than 25 years of experience supporting young children, families, educators, and school communities. Megan was an integrated preschool teacher for many years, and has also worked as an early intervention developmental specialist. More recently, Megan has worked as a special education team chairperson and preschool coordinator.
Megan is passionate about helping educators and programs create equitable, inclusive environments where every young child can thrive. She brings a collaborative, practical approach to supporting educators, families, and school districts in strengthening early childhood practices and services.
