Jeffery Parks has over 22 years of experience in education and is in his thirteenth year as a Principal in the Chelmsford Public School District. He began working with CES in 2014. Jeff earned a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership and Communication from Northeastern University, Master’s Degree in School Administration from Cambridge College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education with an Exercise Science Concentration from Bridgewater State College. Outside of education, Jeff is a husband, father, rugby coach, and avid ice hockey fan.
