Emma Pascarella has dedicated over 20 years to working with young children, their families, and their teachers. She holds her MSEd in Early Childhood Education and is working on her PhD in Early Childhood Policy. She has been a classroom teacher for preschoolers through second graders, an educator coach and mentor, and an advocate for early childhood policies that support accessible, inclusive, and healthy school environments for all. Emma lives in Holyoke with her husband, two children, and dog, and is so happy to join the Early Childhood Mental Health team at CES, and to see their work extend to her home county of Hampden. Emma is eager to bring her experience and passion for building supportive environments for our youngest learners to the ECMH team, and looks forward to working with the community as an ECMH consultant.
