Patricia Kinsella has served as an educator, union representative, and administrator for over 30 years. Her experience spans PreK-12 in a wide range of districts (rural, urban, well-resourced, financially-challenged) and programs. The consistent thread that runs through all of her work is a belief that a strong system of public education is the cornerstone of a thriving and equitable society.
Patricia has developed and led school leadership programs for many years. Participants in her leadership groups comment frequently on the supportive atmosphere established withing the group, the ongoing opportunities to try out new leadership strategies, and the concrete feedback that has allowed participants to advance their practice quickly.
