Current Job Openings

CES has open positions in a variety of specialties including Professional Development facilitation and consulting, Teaching, Human Resources, Business and Finance, Grants and Development, and many more. Our main office is in Northampton, MA, but open positions may be based in various locations across the state. Open position titles are organized by region and coded to reflect the hiring program (e.g., SpecEd, DYS, ProfDev, etc.).

Below are categories of job openings that currently have multiple open positions, filtered for your convenience.

Early Childhood Positions

CES Early Childhood Department partners with families, programs, schools, and communities to nurture and honor the individual strengths of children and support those shepherding them through the critical first years.

Migrant Education Positions

The Massachusetts Migrant Education Program (MMEP) supports migratory children and youth to overcome educational disruption, cultural and language barriers, social isolation, various health-related problems, and other factors inhibiting their ability to succeed in school.  

DYS/SEIS Teaching Positions

CES is the Contracted Provider for Special Education in Institutional Settings (SEIS), a program of the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE); and for the DYS Education Initiative, in partnership with the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services. Through these programs and partnerships, CES creates access to high-quality educational opportunities for students across the Commonwealth.
