Join the Discussion in our PLCs and Professional Groups

Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) are highly interactive groups that provide forums for topical discussions of common interests and concerns, sharing best practices and solutions, curricular and instructional strategies, organizing cost-saving joint purchasing of materials, and organizing shared professional development. They are a forum among peers to collaborate and share and are open to anyone who is interested in the topics. If you are interested in attending one, or multiple sessions, you must register online in order to receive ongoing dates, notifications, PDPs, or cancellations. The facilitator of the PLC will be your contact person for all questions and their contact information appears at the bottom of the registration page (see links below).

Participation in the PLCs and Professional Groups is free, and Certificates of Attendance and PDPs are available if certain qualifications are met. Again, the facilitator of your groups will be able to guide you in this process.

Meetings are held throughout the school year.

Professional groups (PG) also provide forums for topical discussions and information sharing on common interests and concerns, focusing on sharing regulatory and funding updates, as well as trends, effective practices, and solutions.
