With decades of experience providing professional development, coaching, and consultation on program implementation, curriculum mapping, and data analysis, CES understands the challenges educators and administrators face and we offer expertise in supporting district efforts to meet those challenges. CES is a state-approved provider for Massachusetts Educator Evaluation System training.

To support your work in Educator Evaluation and Measuring Student Growth we provide the following services:

Professional Development and Trainings

We offer training for teachers and teacher leaders, administrators, evaluators, school committee members, and anyone involved in school or district implementation of the Massachusetts Model System for Educator Evaluation. Trainings are offered as part of the Collaborative's regular Professional Development schedule, and can be brought on-site by request.

Customized Technical Assistance

We also offer customized technical assistance to support districts in building plans that connect the evaluation system with existing work in curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Contact us to learn more about how we can help your district with implementation.
