Requirements: 
  • Theory and Practice of Acquiring a Second Language
  • Theory and Practice in Fostering Literacy in a New Language
  • Theory and Practice in Sheltering Instruction

Candidates who do not have a foundation in teaching literacy may also benefit from taking:

  • Language Learning and Literacy
