The Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) is seeking an exceptional and collaborative leader for the position of Director of Human Resources who will report to the Executive Director and serve on the CES Cabinet. The HR Director will develop and implement process improvements which support positive change as part of an organizational effort to create a more diverse and engaged workforce. Additionally, this individual will supervise a department of five talented HR professionals.
CES is an educational service agency that employs approximately 800 individuals across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts serving students and educators in the PreK-12 education environment. This high profile position requires strong communication skills. It is essential that this individual is able to create and sustain productive partnerships with internal, as well as external stakeholders. Terms of Employment:
- Full-time, exempt position, 40 hours/week
- Salary range: $94,000 – $109,000, commensurate with experience
