Supporting Local Children and Youth

Giving Tuesday is celebrated each year on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the U.S.) and kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving.

Join us this year on December 3, 2019!

CES runs a variety of educational programs provided directly to students in Western Massachusetts, which address gaps for students with unique needs, but are not supported by state or federal funding. This is a key part of our mission to foster access to educational excellence and opportunity for all learners. Donating to CES offers an opportunity to support teaching and learning in personally meaningful ways through our tax-exempt funds.

Contribute to CES as a whole, or to a specific program (specify your choice by using the drop down at the right of this page when donating). Click on the titles below to learn more!

Strong Foundations for Young Children

SFYC provides free coaching, modeling, and social-emotional/mental health support to Hampshire County families with infants and young children who are struggling with challenging behavior and delayed social emotional development.

Patty Walsh-Cassidy Assistive Technology Lending Library

The PWC Lending Library brings assistive technology directly to those who need it most. Your donations help provide devices, software, materials, and guidance to children and their families and teachers who are struggling to communicate.

Transforming Education for Social Justice (TE4SJ) Conference

The Transforming Education for Social Justice Conference is a regional conference for those interested in social justice and equity in K-12 schools and early childhood classrooms. We aim to provide all youth participants with free access, and your donations will help support these scholarships.
