Description

In this workshop participants will discover how representations support and challenge student thinking. Emphasis will be placed on looking at student work and representations to assess student understanding and to effectively work with both students who excel and students who struggle. Participants will come out of this workshop with tools for engaging students at various levels of understanding. Participants will also develop their ability to pose questions that make problem solving meaningful.

Audience and Grade Level

Teachers, Grades K-8.

Certificate of Attendance, 7 hours.
