For many teachers, a collaborative relationship with parents does not come about naturally or easily. Nowhere is this more apparent than the tense and awkward dance that is the Parent/Teacher conference. Yet, the connection between parents and teachers can be one of the most powerful and enriching for students. In this workshop, participants will learn how to not just to make the dreaded conference go well, but to develop the connection with parents into a valuable and effective resource.
