Description

Do you have students who struggle with reading? Struggling readers need intensive, explicit, individual and small group instruction. This workshop will focus on instructional practices that can be used to help the struggling reader become successful, including elements of a Literacy program that support the lowest achieving students in the classroom, areas of an effective processing system-word study/analysis, fluency and comprehension to learn how to enhance the struggling readers’ reading skills. Participants will leave with a set of strategies for working with the struggling reader.
