Deputy Director

As Deputy Director, Terry Senio oversees CES Student Services programs that include our special education programs, alternative learning programs, after school programs, connecting activities, and early childhood programs. Terry Senio has participated in the educational arena for over 30 years as a teacher or administrator for special populations. Terry served as: a special education teacher in both public and private organizations, an educational director for a private residential school, special education director for public school systems in NH and MA. For ten years, Terry served as the administrator for state run educational programs at the DE Department of Services for Children Youth and Their Families where she received a "Merit Award" (Delaware's highest educational recognition) from the Secretary of Education for her contributions to education.

Terry's tenure in education span the entire continuum from preschool through college, from the least restrictive public school to the most secure locked facilities. Terry is dedicated to quality education for all learners. Terry received her BS. Ed in special education/elementary education and M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Fitchburg State College, and her Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) with a focus on Adult Learning and Technology from Plymouth State College.
