Learning Goals: By the end of this session, participants will:

  1. know in what skill and knowledge areas their students showed high or low growth.
  2. have a collection of instructional strategies to apply in their classrooms.

In order to achieve goal one, participants will be led through an analysis of their DDM results. To achieve goal two, they will engage in a collaborative discussion of effective teaching strategies as well as drawing additional strategies from the MA teacher performance rubric and John Hattie's book "Visible Learning."

Participants should bring: Results from first administration of district-determined measures of student growth.

Audience and Grade Level

Teachers, Principals/Assistant Principals, Special Education Teachers, PreK - 12.


Certificate of Attendance, 3.5 hours.

A maximum class size is set for each course and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If the number of registrations for a course exceeds the maximum seats available or is too low to be able to conduct a quality learning experience, CES will inform you of available options.

If you wish to cancel your registration, please submit a request in writing (via mail, email or fax) no later than 7 business days before the workshop’s start date. After that, there are no refunds or billing adjustments.
