Aligning Project-Based Learning to the Curriculum to Engage Students

With project-based learning, students learn concepts in greater depth which results in greater retention of knowledge and skills. In this workshops, we will explore and discuss concepts in project-based learning as well as hands-on exercises to cultivate project ideas with your students and apply the projects to the curriculum. Once we have defined our projects, we will begin organizing a curriculum around the projects in relation to the attendees' course subject-matters.

Participants must bring a laptop and/or a tablet.

Audience and Grade Level

3-12 curriculum and technology educators and staff


Certificate of Attendance 3.5 hours.
