CES is looking for an exceptional and collaborative education leader for the position of Deputy Director.  As the largest educational collaborative (educational service agency) in Massachusetts we provides a wide and deep range of direct, support, and professional development services for our 36 member school districts in Hampshire and Franklin Counties as well as for other districts throughout Massachusetts and New England and for statewide contracts.

The Deputy Director reports to the Executive Director and serves on the CES Cabinet. The position is responsible for providing strategic leadership and management for a variety of existing programs and practices, primarily in our direct services departments (Special Education, Early Childhood, After School, and Youth Pathways). The Deputy Director also directs the development of new innovative practices and programs which will expand our portfolio of work to better serve schools, districts, educators, parents and community partners.
